when commissioning me you agree to the following;
･ payments will be made through paypal invoice, or bank transfer only.
full or 50% of the total price is required upfront, the other 50% will be required once the commission is completed.
･ my commissions are for personal use only, unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. meaning you may not use your commission for profit or commercial use in any way. you may use your commission as profile pictures and banners on social media, as well as posting if credit is given.
･ i retain all rights to my works. this includes using them in my personal portfolio, posting on social media and patreon, selling merchandise/prints, features in artbooks & other projects. this stands unless otherwise discussed with the client.
･ commissions do not have a set deadline unless discussed and agreed
upon beforehand.
please inform me in your commission inquiry if there is a hard deadline.
commissions can take me anywhere from a few weeks, to over a month to complete depending on the project. i will do my best to keep you updated during the process if delays occur.
･ commissions are non refundable once completed.
if you need to cancel your commission but i have already started working, you may receive a partial refund. if i am personally unable to complete your commission you may receive a full refund.
i do not allow any of my works to be used for a.i learning. minting my work, & selling as an NFT (non fungible token) is also strictly prohibited.
･ commercial commission prices vary from project to project.
i.e; merchandise, stream assets, vtuber designs etc.

･ outsourcing an artist to animate your commission is allowed.
if separation is required for your commission it will add to the base price, please inform me in your inquiry if separation is needed.
